Event Portal Sort order for documents

Description of the issue: The customer is asking how they can control or define the display order of documents shown in the Event Portal. Nothing is explicitly stated in the Support Center articles on this.

  You can group documents by category, but i am not seeing an option to control the specific order of documents in Event Portal. So this will likely need an enhancement.

  Seth Halvaksz I found this configuration in the Event Portal Base Configuration window.

  The Document Sort Order is exactly what the customer was looking for.

  I've updated Event Portal Base Configuration by adding a callout to the Documents tab information that explicitly points people to the document settings in the Settings tab and the Main Page Sections tab. Added the same to the Contacts tab, since there's a similar issue there. Added a similar callout to Show Documents in Event Portal.

  This is where it's super helpful when people list the articles where they tried to find the information - we can either add the info there or link to where it is, or if the info is already there make sure it can be more easily found.
