Order Minimum - ESC

Georgia World raised a question today asking if ESC can impose Order Minimums.  For example, they will accept catering orders ONLY IF the order totals $250 or more.  So if someone places an order and it is only $150, there needs to be a “gap filler” that will move the order to $250.  

I know we can impose order item minimum per item, but can we set an order minimum at the order level to have ESC respect that?

    I think this is an enhancement. I don't know of any way to set a minimum dollar amount per order.

    Mike is correct. I had a discussion with Shannon and that is ordering in general not just for ESC.
