Auto-Reassign Activities
Hi - Is it possible to set up activities and checklist items so that when the recipient is initially unknown, they can be assigned to a dummy account, and then automatically reassign to the Event Coordinator once they are assigned to the event?
Let me know if this is feasible or if there’s a workaround we could use.

No. Andrea Diaz Kowalski What's the use case here? Is this one you asked me about already and I forgot?
Only idea I have at the moment is to split the tasks into two separate checklists. One that is added before the coordinator is assigned, e/g “New Contracted Event” and one that is added after the event coordinator is assigned, e/g “On Coordinator Assignment”.

Anthony Costantino this came from a recent conversation with a customer, so I don't think we have talked about this one. Right now, if the event coordinator isn’t known when activities or checklist are created, the customer has to manually reassign everything once someone is assigned. For peak seasones, this can be dozens or hundreds of items, so it’s a lot of work

Andrea, this sounds like a good use case for the Workflow Builder coming end of Q1. It can automate these manual activities.
