Difference between dunning statement email notes and email template?
Vancouver Civic Theatres is working on setting up dunning statement reminders. They followed the support article that outlines how to set this up, but when she tested it, she got two reports. One of which I think came from the Dunning Statement Email Notes window. What's the difference between the Dunning Statement Email Notes vs. the Dunning Statement Email Template? Which is the recommended method to use?

I would advise going forward to use the Dunning Statement Email Template for the body of the email itself.
Dunning Statement Email Notes is still supported for backwards compatibility but this was really the legacy way of setting up the email templates and was replaced in many respects with the newer more standard email template model several versions ago.
As for the standard report - I expect that the report comes from the Dunning Statement Email Notes page, but going forward, I would suspect that someone would just use the email template for the email text and send an invoice along as an attachment.
