Steps to reproduce the issue
- Sign in on my demo account Z-Alex W Test Account
- Sign in as the Alex Test account as it has the Booking Test Role that is the same as the clients
- Go to the Flat Deposit Testing event as cited above
- Edit either of the invoices

Expected behavior
- Should be able to edit the invoice as Elizabeth Foster-Shaner does have access.

Troubleshooting steps already taken
- Checked Elizabeth's login to ensure it has permissions and the Booking - Education Department role does have the edit Invoice permissions.
- Signed in as the user and clicked the pencil icon to edit and after about 20 seconds the page threw multiple 500 errors.

Alex Weygandt , can you copy the same user role permissions to a test environment in Demo and attempt to replicate that way? If it's user role permission related, then we should see it no matter the environment.

Elizabeth Fox I have duplicated the permission set onto my demo account - z - Alex W Test Account account-290 and I have been able to recreate it. I have updated the steps to reproduce. Let me know if you need anything else.

Alex Weygandt Elizabeth ok'd with me to go ahead and put in a Jira for this one. Please add this info as additional context.
Venue Specific Access needed for this event is for the “Offsite Education” venue.
What I was able to run down for this is that the user has Edit on invoices but Payments & Credits is set to None

This blows all kinds of console errors (like the ones in your screenshot) that say things like “credits” “refunds” “payments”.
So what I found was changing that permission on Payments & Credits to View, allowed them to edit the invoice as expected.
