When users create an event it should be put in as "request to hold". A double booking message appears. When hitting OK, an error message appears at the bottom of the screen. The event is then set as an inquiry rather than a hold that needs to be approved.

Steps to reproduce the issue
- Step 1 Pick a date on the calendar and select create event.
- Step 2 Set event to internal and mark as prospect.
- Step 3 Select save

Expected behavior
- Event should create with no issues even after double booking message.

Troubleshooting steps already taken
- List everything that has been tried to this point: Creating an event from the Events menu. Use the "Create Event" icon in the top right and attempting to create the event there. Same error occurs
The issue appears to be role related at the moment. The role used in my Demo is called āTest Replication Roleā. This is a replica of the role being used in the client's environment.
Did not see the same behavior from Full Access users.

Ignacio Gargallo , if you will work with Kristi Miles Ā and Luke Mintert , I believe all of these issues are tied to the same setting of Internal Only booking and we should need one bug raised.
Summary:
- Book Internal Only role setting appears to be a common component to the issues
- When Book Internal is TRUE on a user's role, then that user is unable to book anything, despite their Highest Booking Capability.
- They are instead getting a 500 Error and a snackbar error when these settings are applied:
- Highest booking capability: Ā Confirmed
- Book Internal Only: TRUE
- Highest booking capability: Ā Prospect
- Book internal only: TRUE
- When Internal Only is deselected / FALSE, then the booking works
- Book Internal Only role setting appears to be a common component to the issues

I am hearing similar behavior out of Tulsa PAC. Their exec assistant Sarah Gaddy (has limited booking but can book up to confirmed) has been trying to create events since Monday and she gets an error when she goes to save the event in the create event slider. No data from her booking is being captured in the activity log. These events ARE coming in but they are coming in as inquires, even though she is not booking them as inquiries. Inquiries are also NOT coming in via the activity log. I validated this is the same behavior when I impersonate this user.

Ignacio Gargallo , can you confirm if you are trying to book for space in the Red Bird Arena?
It looks like this role has None for booking on all venues except that one, where it has:
- Highest Booking: Prospect
- Allow Double Booking
- Book Internal Only
