What’s the problem?
- Describe the issue clearly and concisely
- When creating a user, their email cannot contain a dash. HOWEVER, you are able to remove the dash, create the user, edit that same user, and add the dash back into the email with no issues.

Expected behavior
- User should be able to be created regardless of the dash in their email address

- List everything that has been tried to this point
- Testing the behavior by adding emails with and without dashes in multiple environments.
- Noticing that dashes can be added after the fact.

We met and discussed this is not a bug but was user entry error.
