QR Code and Digital Check In

Years ago, Harvard looked into using the Check-in Module for faster check-in at our larger events.  At the time they were presented two options:  

1. QR code scanning on confirmation email
2. Digital check in by resident at an ipad or kiosk 

I haven’t been able to find any information on the Knowledge Base or Support Center about this feature.  What is currently available to support this?

  Martin Stephens There's a third option which is to have back office staff do the check in.   Nothing much has changed on this front. They can still do back office check-in, RCI, or RCI App. The only thing that might be new to them is the RCI mobile app, but that has been around for several years now.
