Adding Orders to multiple Contracts

Client: Austria Center Vienna (ACV)

Region: EMEA

Background Information: ACV would like to add Bookings and Service Orders to more than one Contract to share different options/proposals with a client. To my knowledge, this is or was possible. We have configured the Parameter CAEV20 in the Contract Configuration which from the text says that it should be possible to add the Orders of a Contract to another Contract with a lower status than the one defined in this parameter, no? Just after it reaches this status, it should not be possible anymore.

Actual Result: I have a Contract in the status Fix (30) and I try to add one of the Service Orders now to another Contract, but I am stopped by this message:

Question: is this a bug or is there any other related parameter that my stop me from adding the same Order to another Contract?
