Event Functions No 'i' option and Displayed as Modal through action

Description of the issue: Edit service order window is not showing the “i” information button for function to open the function directly or see the details also if we open the View < event functions from action button in the same window the event function opening as modal.
Business impact: Annoying, have to go to Event > Functions when it should be one click away.

Steps to reproduce:

Click on service order from left side main menu
Right click on any service order number to see the function option in general tab and you an see there is no “i” option and also event function from action opening as modal.

Observed results vs Expected results: information option should be there on function option and function should open in full window
