    It looks like they added a back office custom field. Back office custom fields can't be used in public applications.

    How are they collecting this information? What “form” are they using? I don't understand what they are actually trying to accomplish here. 

    Are they wanting a field on Event Opportunities to automatically populate a completely separate field on the event?

    Mike Schepker Client wants to add the below road closure information as a field on the edit event general page to which the opportunity has been converted as an event.

    Divya Thakur Sorry, I was out of the office on PTO. 

    I don't think this is possible. Event Opportunities and Events are two different things and they each can have different sets of UDFs. This would need to be an enhancement or a tech services project to sync data from one field to another.
