Google Analytics Tracking Information and Chatbot Features in Roadmap

Our Exhibitions Organizer uses heavily Exhibitor Portal and ESC and they wish to implement Google Analytics.
Is there a detailed list of data that can be tracked today, like Event ID, Service Orders, cart items?
What features are in the Roadmap for Chatbot integration?
The ultimate goal being to optimize sales through data collection and intelligent interaction with Exhibitors.

Yes, indeed I have. This was also reviewed by a TS resource, an EMEA Team Lead of Consulting who already implemented Google Analytics and several Consultants here who are needing the same informations and have collectively advised to ask Product.

I don't have specific information on what is sent. However if you have an account where is it set up, I would recommend using the Google Chrome plugin in a Chrome browser. That will allow you to see exactly what information is sent.
As far as roadmap:
- We have enhancements for Exhibitor Portal and Event Portal on the directional roadmap
- We have Ask Mo roadmap (you asked about a chatbot); This is only for backoffice; we have been thinking about chatbots for public-facing apps but it is not currently on the roadmap
