Create Custom Export - Event <-> Contract

Description of the Issue:
The client usually generates an Event based Export and a Contract based Export which both come with information that only one or the other will provide.
Example : in the entire "journey" of an event, you want to see in a one-line from an excel file (coming from an excel extract from USI) to see the event information (Event Manager, Coordinator, Previsional amount, Percentage of realization, ....) and contract information (date of signature, date of contract creation...).
As this is not possible at the moment the goal would be to create a custom export which gives them all needed information in one go.

What is the job the client is trying to accomplish:
To have all needed data in one export. The current problem is that they combine two separate exports which bears the risk of losing data as they always have to merge everything and things might go wrong unnoticed.

Just saying “To have all needed data in one export” is not a job.
A job is - for example - i am the contracts manager and i need to keep track of contracts that are X, Y and Z. Then i will take action if I see…

This type of export does not currently exist. I can see the value. Have they considered creating a report in Crystal Reports?

Seth Halvaksz here is the clients feedback after suggesting to get this done via crystal report
"Unfortunately, this proposition does not suit the way we would use the data.The real benefit behind this request is to be able to match data from the Event pages / tabs and the data from other “pages” or “tables” as Contract.
Matching data from Event and Contract will help us to generate statistics and analyze the entire “Event Lifecycle” for KPIs.This ability to match data from “separated“ page or “table” can offer the opportunity to compare different data and create causal links, proportionality, …
It will be great if all “silos” will fall."

Thanks for the information. We currently do not have this export, so this would need an enhancement request.
That said, I think this problem will be addressed by our new Event Profile report that is being created in Momentus Analytics.

Hello Richard Marmura , could you please review this thread and let us know whether the Analytics module can address the customer’s request, and if so, whether we should schedule a call with the client to present it?

Aurelien Baur I will clarify that Analytics current does not do what the customer is asking.
I'll restate - we should schedule a call with the customer to better understand. And then we will consider for the roadmap.
