Package upsell configuration option

I have a customer offering a Single Cup Coffee Maker package in their ESC. The package is priced per each, but exhibitors can select the coffee maker item in the package per day. The customer is reporting that this configuration works fine. The issue she is having is with the automatic upsell on the package that adds the electrical item needed to run the coffee maker. Since this upsell is on the package, she was expecting it to add per each, like the package, but it's adding one per day, like the coffee maker item within the package.
Is there a way to configure this so the upsell item is only added per each with the package?

Might not be possible depending the Package and Resource configuration. I would ensure you have confirmed the Unit of Measurement and U/T on the Resource and Price List item are set correctly.
