Space Utilization Report Development Plans?

Hi Richard Marmura Seth Halvaksz - I have a customer enquiring if there are plans to develop the Space Utilization Report.
They would like to see Occupancy Rate (OR) and Average Rental Rate (ARR).
They require a space to be calculated by hours (eg space is booked for 8 hours not one day). 16 hours plus in a day however becomes one day.
In case of multiple spaces in one building (eg spaces Challenger 1 -3 are under Challenger building), the OR and ARR needs to be published under 1 Challenger building.
Is there information I can share? They currently do the above manually. Customer is also asking how other venues calculate OR/ARR. Do we have any customers doing anything similar that we are aware of?

Hi Seth Halvaksz and Richard Marmura I have an addition on this request, for the same report: can we add a filter for Venue in the prompt please? I have customers with multiple buildings across different cities and even countries, so the report will be very more useful if we can filter on venue (with the option to select multiple venues).
