Auto open exported documents

- Is there a way to prevent a .dwg file from automatically attempting to open after it's exported from MTS? The client recently switched room diagramming software and no longer has AutoCAD or any other default program associated with .dwg files. When they export a .dwg file from MTS and save it, their system prompts them to choose an app to open the file — which they don’t want. Their expectation is that the export process should only save the file, not attempt to open it. They’re asking if there’s a setting or configuration in MTS that controls this behavior. This behavior only happens for single file exports but when you export multiple documents it works as they want.

Tyler Boukouvalas Have you tried exporting this document on your computer? When I exported it to mine, it doesn't seem to prompt me to open the document like what I see in their video. I think this is a setting on the user's computer.

Tyler Boukouvalas, This is happening to me as well. The reason here is that the file is associated with the default app once, and now it is deleted, so the system no longer knows which program to use for that file type. So when you export a document, the system will prompt you to choose an app because the file associated with it is missing. I have previously installed Event Draw (Deleted now) , and it is doing the same prompt for me. My guess is that Nicole never had any default app associated with the file type, and thus, she is not receiving any prompts. I don't think this is related to Momentus.
