    Organization is still being determined (this is the org we cannot find on Zendesk) has several possibilities: Worlds Better, UKS Events,   UK Sport

    For issue 1 - mass update of indicator on multiple events, I tried to mass update on the Indicator and also from the Events and neither seemed to have a mass or edit mulitple option - I think this must have to be done by bulk import then: https://wetracksupportcenter.ungerboeck.com/hc/en-us/articles/32224319896343-Importing-Data-into-WeTrack

     

    For issue 2 - I think that the Hub wouldn't have data to pull in unless it was set on each event, I don't know of a way to pull data into the individual sites from the Hub for something like this. So yes, they would have to set the same indicators in each of their sites.

    For 1 - yes you can export and update events.
    For 2 - You can create indicator templates, assign these to an account, and thus create indicators at child level

    Vernica Lodha  - thanks for that info!  I don't see Indicator templates on the individual site level, is that something only available to use on Hubs?

    Yes, Adding Manual Indicators = Child Sites only. Adding Templates = Hub only

    Vernica Lodha  - We advised for them to use the Data View from the hub for hub level indicators and now the client is asking for the best way to set up carbon emissions see their below question.
    I attempted to see if they could follow these steps: https://wetracksupportcenter.ungerboeck.com/hc/en-us/articles/32224304748695-Create-an-Indicator but just creating it at the Data View level from the Hub -  However when I get to step 9, there isn't a Sustainability Settings section to set for Region or Source.  I checked a Demo Hub site to compare to UK  Sport - and both have a Category of Carbon available for selection but neither has Sustainability Settings. But I do see that in an individual site (screenshots below) 

    Do we have different steps for creating Carbon Emissions Indicators on a Hub?

    I’m trying to set up indicators that include the measurement of carbon emissions, but I’ve been getting mixed messages from different members of your team about how best to do this.

    At the moment, I don’t seem to have the option to set hub-level indicators for carbon emissions. When UK Sport agreed to the WeTrack subscription, it was with the understanding that we could set up hub-level indicators for carbon emissions and then cascade these down to each event—rather than having to create a new set of indicators for every event individually.

    As things stand, because of how WeTrack is structured, we would need to create around 100 separate indicators across the different areas of event management we want to measure.

    I’d really appreciate it if I could speak with someone to clarify:

    • Can hub-level indicators for carbon emissions be set up?
    • Or is it best to create them at event level and then copy them across, so we don’t need to rebuild 100 indicators every time we set up a new event?
