We recently received feedback indicating that the Mobile Check-In app does not support badge printing functionality and is currently limited to scanning attendees in and out.
Could you please confirm if this is accurate? As we understand, badge printing is supported only through the Backoffice Check-In application. Just wanted to verify this distinction and update the following article.

  You cannot print badges from the RCI mobile app. You can only print them via the RCI public app or back office. The article will need to be updated, which it looks like @... might already be doing.

  Yup! Monika is working on this article and we weren't sure, so we wanted to ask here and figured you'd know the answer Mike Schepker. So for our top bullets, both Self Check-in and Back-office check-in can print badges. We'll get that updated! Thank you!
