Document Manager - difference between All attachments and Shared resources

Hello team, I'd like to know the difference between all attachments and shared resources in the Document Manager please. What would be the use case for the "shared resource" feature and applications of this feature. Thanks.

  Hi Celine. Shared Attachments is an underused feature that was not developed properly. We will be hiding it on all user sites by the end of October, thanks.
