Difference in privileges between an external user and a standard user?

WeTrack has a PEAPS module that allows control room to send tasks to folks not on WeTrack, such as volunteer needs to setup a table in Room 2.
This module is not sold anymore and we will integrate it with existing WeTrack functionality by early next year.

External users can receive PEAPs and also have report PDFs shared with them, without a WeTrack login.

  thanks Vernica, External users can receive PEAPs…what is PEAPs please ? I'm not familiar with Control yet.
