Managing subject specific headings

Hi Team,

Landesmesse Stuttgart (LMS) has raised a question regarding event- or account-specific headings. Is it possible to create a heading that is specific to a single event or account ( subject-specific)

We’ve noticed that primary subject-specific headings do not appear in the document headings window, whereas subject-specific secondary headings do show up.

Is there a way to manage primary subject-specific headings?
