Description of the issue:
Incorrect Units Update When Selecting Row After Scrolling in Add Service Order Items Window
It’s an intermittent issue; it doesn’t occur all the time.
When you scroll up too much, you have this extra grey line with 5/6 excel looking columns and then when you go to click on something in the drawer, it selects the item above.
Please refer - #356836 Broken Screen with DevTools
It is not reproducible in Debug as we don't see the extra grey line at the bottom of the screen to proceed further. And as per the customer the extra grey line is necessary to reproduce the issue. The line is shown in the vide above.
Below are the observations made during the call:
1. The system was idle for a while.
2. PROD and UAT were running simultaneously.
3. Console logs are present in the recording.
4. They use only Edge, not Chrome.
5. We were unable to find anything related to this in the weblogs
6. It’s an intermittent issue; it doesn’t occur all the time.

Looks like we do some customizing of the cell format and setting of the value. Perhaps due to the grouping - something is out of synch with the cell thats being updated vs the row we are intending to update. I think this would need to be examined by the architecture team in conjunction with a team familiar with the order items client.

Seth Halvaksz Ryan Ungerboeck Could you please guide us on this? Do we need to send this to DEV?
-
It's certainly not intentional. Looks like it should be sent back to me
-
Akash Satalkar you said its not reproducible? If its not reproducible, i would not open a ticket.
-
Seth Halvaksz Hi Seth,
We can't replicate this in the sample copy! However, the client is still facing this issue in the live Database! -
Since Ryan said “Looks like it should be sent back to me” create a ticket and add the link here
I would usually not recommend creating a ticket until it can be replicated.
