Discount Resources
A customer is attempting to utilize Discount Resources in order to provide better visibility to their customers about what discounts were given and on what items. They have successfully created and applied the discount resource but when they try to run a standard report, the discount appears above the item. Is that expected sort behavior? Is there a reason behind this display order?

Hi! I would say this is related to the logic of the report. Maybe it is sorting on Resource Type or Resource Code and because of the used number/code the report shows it like this.
From the industry I know that users prefer to show the Resource first and then the related Discount, or even put all the Discounts at the bottom.
I think it will help if you add the name of the report here and see if somebody from Product can help you explaining which logic is used in that report.
