Copy Price List - Resource won't get copied with all Forms

Description of the Issue:
Client copies a Price List. In the original Price List the Item will appear four times as there are four forms. 

When copying this Price List, the new Price List will only show three forms. The first one “ArtGeneve” will not be there as it was not copied. 

Looking at the settings of the Missing Order Form did not help:

Additionally the Resource itself is set to inactive which, as far as I know, should prevent the Item of being copied in the first place. 

What setting could be responsible here? I know that the Order Form needs to be added to the Resource when adding the Resource to a Price List but as the Process here is to copy the Price List the Order Form Info is already in the original Price List, that should not be necessary again.

    Hi Mike - the Item is correctly copied when the Resource is marked as Active.

    We need to understand, when the Resource is Inactive, as in not used anymore, why the Item is copied for partial Forms or if it should be copied at all.

    I would think that it shouldn't be copying at all if it is not active, but there might be rules to this I'm not aware of. Cathy Herrick  do you know?

    I don't know what the intended functionality here with copying inactive resources is.  

    I could see an argument for both ways, copying the entire price list as is, and maintaining active and inactive resources  - as well as only copying active resources.  I think we need the PM to weigh in on what the expected functionality is.

    Seth Halvaksz can we expect more feedback on this? 

    There is no intended functionality here to copy inactive items but when you copy a complete price list there might have been changes in the meantime and it is to be expected that inactive resources are not considered. But seems to be that for some forms they are.

    the behavior should be consistent regardless of order forms that are identical in config. It's worth pulling a copy of client site and recreating.

    I think the expected behavior is that inactive resources do not create new price list items during the copy but the order form should not have any bearing on the copy price list behavior
