Registration Setup - WebSkin Possibilities

Description of the Issue:
The client reports that a lot of their customers have the issue to identify the “Click here to add another registrant” Button as an acutal Button.
As a solution they are wondering if it is possible to change the colour of a single button to point out its functionality as a button.
As I understand, the WebSkin can only be changed in a broader manner + this specific button is based on enabling the specific functionality in the registration setup.
Is there any option to meet the clients demand here?

That button's color is controlled by the Action Color option in Web skins.
Changing it will change it for other buttons as well. There's no way within web skins to change just that button. They would need to create a custom webskin for that.
