  The client would like to know how to inform their registrants about the cookies collected by the online registration.
  Is there a way to activate a pop-up where the registrant can accept or reject the use of cookies?
  Or do they have to place an information about that in the footer?

  I'll flag this post, as we're about to start Registration in the Reno project. We'll make sure that the message option is in the config article.
