Where to add more fields under 'Lost To'

Description of the issue: Where can we add more selection in this section? Cancel Event > Lost > Lost To?
Business impact if not resolved: Unable to add more options for choosing right country on cancellation reason
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Main menu<Events< Select any event and right click to cancel event<select cancellation reason as Lost< Check Lost to selections available
- No way to add more selection to the field “Lost To”
Expected Results: There should be Hosted cities option in main menu to add more selection or any other workaround

Mike Schepker I have already checked this one as attached above but unable to find host cities option in the site

Here are the features assigned to that action. Make sure the customer is licensed to one of those modules. If they are not, that's why it's not showing.

Mike Schepker do we need to check this with AM. As i have already checked the license and not able to find the features in it but client is saying that in past they have added some names to the list.

I am struggling with this one.
No-pone internally seems to be familiar with "Facility Maintenance" licensing.
We used to have a Jobs Module and Fixed Assets but they are no longer offered
I am not sure what the recommendation should be here

Divya Thakur I never said it was only tied to Facility Maintenance. I said it was tied to the modules listed in my screen shot and they need to be assigned to one of them, that includes all of the ones in the screen shot.

Yes - Mike already showed it. The entitlement needed is usually one of the ones I've highlighed in this screenshot. Divya Thakur the seller will need to follow the licensing process to get one of these modules added back on their site directory.
