Mobile App Icon

Issue Description: Can the Mobile App Icon be changed more than once after initial setup?  How is that done (is it the same as updating the account icon)?  

Are there any best practice recommendations for managing icons/icon updates with the mobile app?

What does the client what to accomplish: They wish to be able to update the mobile app icon at will, and to understand how to best manage the icon

  Changing a logo is possible for extra service cost as a Custom Service scope.
  1. Every time a logo is changed, we will have to publish the app again. This means it can only be done 4 times in a year and so would need planning this in advance.
  2. This may cause issues/delays with the app store approval process.
