OSB booking over midnight
I am sure this has been asked multiple times. I have a customer that allows booking in their venues to 1am. This to them is the same day, even though technically it goes over to the next day. When I configure this in the system, it won't let me enter 01:00 as the end time. I can not even do 00:00. If I am using a 30 minute increment for bookings, the latest I can make the booking is 23:30. Is this working as expected? If it is, do we have any plans to improve this workflow? It isn't very intuitive expecting someone to go to the multi-day request. Not everyone wants to allow a multi-day request either, and they consider this scenario still a single day.

We have a similar post where a customer books events past midnight, but the feedback was about the Availability Report. This request comes from AMG. I was curious how many cusomers book events past midnight.

Seth Halvaksz unfortunately it doesn't. OSB requires a multi day booking even if only booking to 1am. The daily rate is charged twice. From what I can see a booking cannot go past 11.30pm if using 30 minute increments. In many situations a day is considered to go to at least 1am.
