Recreation Steps:
Screen Recording - April 15, 2025
Observed vs. Expected Results: Click on hyperlink on dashboard, link takes you to knowledgebase. Currently they click on the link and it does nothing
What does the client want to accomplish: Client wants the links on their dashboards to work.

  That's a bug that was supposed to be fixed with https://ungerboeck.atlassian.net/browse/QTE-1995 (it's not fixed, working on sending a case to dev for this now)
