Outlook Calendar Integration
AnsweredAsking my question here regarding Outlook Calendar Integration. I have followed the steps from Confluence and it looks like the Outlook integration is now ready to configure for my customer Lancaster City Council.
But just wondering how can I check if the customer has received the email “Your Outlook integration is ready from Support” ?
Could the consultant be cc'ed when it's sent ? Could we have more details on what the customer has to do on their end ?
It does say Owner: Support Team on the Confluence page

This should come to support via a ticket. We won't know when/if to send the info to the customer otherwise.
