Automatic upsell for a certain quantity of items ordered.
AnsweredIn ESC (or in general), is there a way to make an upsell automatic if a certain quantity of an item is ordered?
Example: If an exhibitor orders 99 of something, they are prompted for an optional upsell item. But if the exhibitor orders 100+ of that item, there is an automatic upsell item applied.

Amy Durbin what article did you review to try and answer this question? We are trying to make sure documentation gets updated.

I don't see anything in the article where the automatic upsell is based on quantity ordered. I believe this is an enhancement.
I believe this is also the case in Suites. I recall talking to Martin Wooding about it. Asking him to weigh in here.

Seth Halvaksz yes you can upsell based on quantity. Tiered Unit Schemes allow you to specify the quantity. For example I used it to automatically order labor in a corporate suite. For every 16 items ordered, it would order 1 serving staff.
I don't think you can have 2 upsells for the same item though. You would need to use 2 resources / price list items in the case above.

Thanks Martin.
Sounds like our documentation doesn't mention this. Tagging @... to request update.
Amy Durbin i'll close this as answered.
