Outlook Integration - Permissions

Description of the issue:
Customer has some security related questions for the outlook integration:
1) Is the “place.read.all” permission a requirement for the outlook integration to work?
Permission Description “Allows the app to read company places (conference rooms and room lists) for calendar events and other applications, without a signed-in user.”
2) If they are only using spaces defined in Momentus, not spaces used in Outlook, is it needed?

1. Yes2. The spaces defined in Momentus are mapped to equivalent rooms in Outlook. To fetch the list of Outlook rooms for this mapping, this permission is necessary.
