Business impact if not resolved: Unable to create an Event from the Outlook calendar
Short Summary of issue (issue description): MT managed resource is created in Outlook. Event is set to cancelled in Momentus. Activity log indicates a "Extended booking License" is required

Recreation Steps:
1. Main Menu > Integration Hub
2. Select Northwest Mutual
3. Select the configuration for the Outlook integration
4. On configuration tab > Default for Outlook to Momentus is set for "New Request"
5. On the Activity Log tab > Event Name "Test Grand Hall A" > Status = Failure "Your Ungerboeck module licenses do not include access to this API endpoint. You need to have the module license ExtendedBookings. Please contact your Ungerboeck administrator if this is needed."
6. In Backoffice > Main Menu > Events > Event ID 46133
7. Status of the event is set to Cancelled
Observed vs. Expected Results: Expecting the Outlook to Momentus Event will be set to "New Request"

This happens because the Enterprise API user created for the Outlook integration to make calls to Enterprise is missing a setting “License Special Access”, which indicates that this particular API user, which is used for Outlook Integration only, does not require an API license.
The immediate solution is to have that flag set in the API user identified as “OUTAPI”, which is used by https://nm.ungerboeck.net.I also adjusted the onboarding confluence page with that information.
