Express Users Permissions
AnsweredI am running into two separate issues when it comes to Express users. When I look at this article (https://supportcenter.ungerboeck.com/hc/en-us/articles/22052634053527-Express-User-Functionality), I am not given an clarity on whether or not an Express user is supposed to be able to do the following.
Scenario #1: Express User - Cancel Events: Article says that an Express user can view/edit an event, but not add. Need to know whether or not an Express user is able to cancel an event.
Scenario #2: Express User - is not able to update a service order. According the article, an express users is able to view/add/edit service order items, but the user is being stopped when trying to access the service order itself to view/add/edit service order items.

I believe this was resolved via other means, but the resolution got forwarded to me so we could update the Express User article. Those updates are coming and in the meantime I'll post the answers so this post can be closed:
- Scenario #1: Express users cannot cancel events. Just as they cannot add events to the calendar, they can't take them off.
- Scenario #2: Express users should be able to access the service order via the Service Order page. Select the service order, and there's an actions option to add items as well as an option to view items. When viewing, there's an actions option to edit items.
