    I believe this was resolved via other means, but the resolution got forwarded to me so we could update the Express User article. Those updates are coming and in the meantime I'll post the answers so this post can be closed:

    • Scenario #1: Express users cannot cancel events. Just as they cannot add events to the calendar, they can't take them off.
    • Scenario #2: Express users should be able to access the service order via the Service Order page. Select the service order, and there's an actions option to add items as well as an option to view items. When viewing, there's an actions option to edit items.
