Is this a Crystal Report?
Can you please Steps-to-reproduce for the “Event Sales Analysis” and a screenshot to help in responding to this question
-
It ultimately runs a crystal report. The customer is looking for access management needed for user to access Event Sales Analysis from the Main Menu then run the report. User is currently on a Express license

-
Response from engineering. Have they confirmed that they have not be restricted by roles and access privileges?
"There are no shipped restrictions on report that express users can view. There are access privileges that can restrict this. Then, if they don't have the module to get to that report list, they cannot by default run reports shipped only on those report lists. I believe an express user has access by default to the report master and can change those configurations. There are also main menu report links. The report link may be tied to a specific module but they could create their own custom report link to the reports to modules they do not normally have access to. Have they confirmed that they have not be restricted by roles and access privileges? Access can also be restricted by access privileges."
-
I worked with Cathy and confirmed there were no restrictions or denies with the all the roles to the user and the specific user itself (Lori Dowd). It appears, in the screenshot below, the feature is associated to one of the roles assigned to the user but can not be found when logged in as the user.

@... i've learned that the “Event sales analysis” is only available to professional users.
I “cheat sheet” for this is the “Role Access” page.
If you search for “Professional Features (EP)” and enter “event sales analysis” as the Element, you'll see the report.

If you do the same and look at “Express Features” its not there.

-
Tagging @... to suggest this is added to the Express Users functionality post.
This looks like a great tool to see what's an Express User vs Professional User feature.
-
Ooooo, slick. I've added this to our list.
-
Seth Halvaksz @... be warned this is not 100% reliable. There are some modules with features sets that are not titled with Professional or Express consistently. Online Registration is an example of this. Also, Linda, if the feature set says Administration, that is also Professional user license.
-
Ah, well boo. I'll see if I can explain that it can help but isn't complete.
