Hi Jillian Stangret  and Seth Halvaksz
Jillian - absolutely right! We would like to dislodge 24/7 and should be looking to get them onto WeTrack please. This will mean their integration needs with Enterprise should be addressed in the coming months!
Let me know if you would like to discuss in more detail.

@... do we have any existing integrations with 24/7 through tech services

  • Sven Mannherz

I do not know of an integration with 247 Software. The question would be what they want to integrate the software with, meaning for which data they aim for.

  • Seth Halvaksz

Jillian Stangret it sounds like we haven't done any integrations here.

This isn't currently on our roadmap, but we're considering these types of integrations for the future.

What use cases are they hoping to automate? It would be helpful to document here for future reference.

Hi Seth Halvaksz . I'm suggesting that they consider WeTrack as a better option since they use 24/7 for incident and emergency management. Seems like a good idea! :)

  • Seth Halvaksz

    Thanks Jillian for the clarity.

So the use cases would be, an incident is reported in 24/7 and that information is passed to WeTrack?

Tagging @... in case he's considered this already

  • Jillian Stangret

Seth Halvaksz , Lauren is going to suggest leaving 24/7 completely and adding WeTrack.

  • Seth Halvaksz

Ok - I would talk to @... about this. I'm not sure that WeTrack can handle everything that 24/7 is doing. After you talk to Charlie, could you post an update here for future reference.

We have a great PDF that is a 24/7 vs WeTrack that I am sending to Cam with some consensus videos to see if this is an option for them to leave 24/7 or not

  • Seth Halvaksz

Thanks Lauren Nathan can you post a link to that here for future reference. Thanks!
