User has most of the accounts whose name contains word Still and hence the issue being a noise word. The client wants to delete the word “Still”, is it possible to delete it?

Recreation Steps:
1.Open account sales > hit clear and search for word “still” >11 records are visible

  We cannot make this change as part of a bug.  This would be an enhancement to the account search feature.

  We have found one more issue. So, when we search for “still” 11 accounts are found, which is fine but an account with name STILL is not found. 

  account code: 09457976 is not found in those 11 with search “string” still and “STILL”

  In the article of the support center the behavior should be that I get all the account records, because searching "still" would be the same as searching nothing.

  Is this an issue?

  That is working as designed.  I understand the design is sub-optimal, but that is the current implementation of the search feature.  We will note this down for future enhancements to our search feature.
