Description of the issue: Notification email workflow to facilitate internal processes

Reproduction steps: 
1. The Events Team adds a Service Order to an event. This should trigger an email notification to the F&B Team informing that the SO was created with its details.
2. The F&B Team then adds the work orders. Once all work orders in the SO are completed, an email notification is triggered to the Finance Team with the details, in order for them to start working on what's necessary.

What is the job the client is trying to accomplish: Client would like to have a more efficient workflow within their different teams and this would facilitate their daily work 
Business impact if not resolved: All teams working efficiently and effectively once an event is created 
 

I saw some community posts asking for similar things as enhancement requests. I am aware that email/notification templates are available, but I would like to know which is the correct to setup this for them according to our best practices.

    I think the only way to accomplish exactly what they are wanting would probably be through webhooks that hit an endpoint that fires off an email. I don't see any automatic notes that would accomplish what they are wanting, but I may be overlooking something.

    Luiza Thummerer it sounds like the best practice here is a webhook.  The customer should reach out to tech services for guidance on implementing a webhook.

    Please open an enhancement in Pendo so we can track this request.

    We do have a projects we're considering to automate these types of notifications in the future.  Not currently on the roadmap, but we understand the need for this and explorting options for future roadmap.
