Issue Description: New Hub functionality for 3.67 not consolidating for FIFA

Reproduction Steps: FIFA is trying to follow these steps: Hub

To verified in Production as Hub is only there in Production

Control Hub Reports
You can now generate comprehensive incident reports at the Hub level. These reports consolidate data from multiple child accounts, enhancing decision-making and safety measures across multi-entity businesses.

Rahul is saying they are not able to view any consolidation of the child accounts on FIFA hub and while there are several incidents in various accounts / tournaments logged in last 3 months, they cannot see them in consolidated fashion in Hub.

Observed vs. Expected Results: FIFA is expecting to consolidate but cannot.
What does the client what to accomplish: The client is trying to use the new functionality for the hub.

  This is a single WeTrack account, it is not a hub account (which aggregates data across multiple WeTrack accounts) 

  The confusion here is because this accounts name is called Hub, but it not a specified hub account
