Commission Orders: Service Order or Service Order Item?

Hey all! Got a request to update the Commission Orders article and I'd like to clarify behavior since I am new to Enterprise:
- You're able to add a Commission Order on either the service order or an individual service order item, yes? This is the behavior I'm seeing in the application.
- Why would you do one or the other - is it simply whether you want to give commission on the entire order or just the single item?

Hey Linda. I think your logic is correct. If you think of it linking the commission to the whole order or the order item, it means when the order or the item are updated, the commission will also be updated (in the case of percentage based commissions). Hope this helps :)
