Function Scripting not Working

Business impact if not resolved: Function Scripting takes longer our team will have to use manual scripting for their events.

Short Summary of issue:  Function Scripting is not working

If hotfix is requested, please provide reason/justification: Requesting hotfix on this issue since it is on 24.3 still happening.

Is there a workaround? Please describe: The workaround is they can script manually.

4. Recreation Steps:

 

1. Login to V30 with the above credentials
2. Go to the Events tab from the global nav bar
3. Clear search criteria and search for Event 60230
4. Go to the bookings tab and create a booking
5. Go to the functions tab on the Event and look at the Space Booking Rental Function
6. Right Click> Script
7. On the Pop Up Select "Script After" and select "Add one function per booking" and make that function lunch
8. Press Okay
9. Notice from the knowledge base article a function should pop up on top of the space rental charges but does not.

 

 

Expected behavior/outcome: When Selecting scripting after the new functions are supposed added after the selected function and are assigned the same level in the hierarchy as the selected function.  However it does not.

 

 

What does the client want to accomplish: They want to use Function Scripting without having to tie it to a booking if that is possible with the software.

  This is working correctly for me.  I ran the script feature based on the info above and the 4 functions we created correctly.
