What's the Problem?
- Item allocations on events using the Is Unbillible attribute were reset to the value defined in inventory & pricing if the value was overwritten by the end user on while detailing on a function.

What are the steps to reproduce this?
- sign into an EMEA or AP account that has the value marked as Is Unbillible
- detail an item on a function
- see the value is not retained

Notes:
Kristi already spoke to Kevin, John, Patty, and Micah. They are addressing the issue with the patch ahead of the NA CA release on Sunday, Oct 20th. The group will re-think how to address the situation for the EMEA and AP regions and address that next week.
