Authorize.net Server Level SSL Update
Refer to SupportHi,
I'm guessing this is similar to the Cybersource Security Update and we won't need to do anything, but wanted to get an official response. We have customers (two in the US so far; PMI Entertainment Group and Pacific National Exhibition Park) who have reported getting the following email from Auhtorize.net:
- Entrust to DigiCert SSL Certificate Migration (KA-05545)
- Latest Version of Authorize.net Server-Level SSL Certificates (000003009)
Who is being affected: Merchants who utilize Authorize.net APIs and endpoint URLs in their websites or applications will need to make updates. They will need to integrate and use the newly-issued Root and Intermediate (CA) SSL certificates from DigiCert. This should be done before the scheduled revocation dates to avoid disruptions.
What you need to do: You must integrate and use the newly-issued Root and Intermediate (CA) SSL certificates from DigiCert by October 24 to avoid any disruptions. To help you fight fraud, AFDS is automatically enabled on your account, which gives you access to many powerful fraud filters.
Is there anything that needs to be done on our end or the customer's end for this? Ryan Ungerboeck @...

I asked support to send through a cloud IT ticket to verify - but it is correct that no actions are expected on our side.
ISD-21114 - is the reference for the ticket -
Thanks Ryan Ungerboeck! I don't have access to that ticket. Can you let me know who entered the ticket so I can have them add the rest of support so we can see the updates?

Mike Schepker That looks like it may be related to this announcement, fwiw: https://supportcenter.ungerboeck.com/hc/en-us/articles/25165474542743-CyberSource-Security-Update-SSL-Certificate-Replacement-Announcement
That doesn't mention Authorize.net, but it may be the same issue. Happy to update that to broaden it if needed.

Amy Durbin entered the IT ticket.
@Linda - I expect that it will just be an update to the announcement for Authorize.Net as it is all very similar

Found this on Authorize.Net's support center: https://support.authorize.net/knowledgebase/Knowledgearticle/?code=KA-05545.
I can update the name of the article to “CyberSource and Authorize.Net Security Update….” and then add the link above as well (we have a link to Cybersource's site), if the rest of the information is accurate.
