Automated emails for Event / Booking Status Changes

The California Endowment asked if we can add the ability to link a email template to a status so that automated emails can be sent when events and bookings are moved to a new status.  This type of automation makes sense when using OSB.

  This is not possible out of the box today.  This would need to be treated as an enhancement request.
