    Hi Josh,

    An email address is a fixed value in WeTrack. Once the user account has been created, users and admins cannot change them.

    We do have a couple of options for how to manage this, however the method we choose does depend a bit on which modules are in use. Are you able to point me to the ticket where this has come up?

     

    Effectively the options are

    1. Someone in the Engineering team changes the email address directly in the DB, or

    2. We create a new user profile in the tool, reassign ownership of all items from the old user account to the new using the importer function, then delete the old account.

    The second option is typically only viable for planning, risk and sustainability accounts. Control accounts would need option 1
