    @...  could you direct me to the right person here?

    @... While Leoni is on break, could you assist Yücel?

  • Rob Davison

    Hi @... there's quite a few questions in there. I think there's a mix of functionality in the pipeline that can solve for this, but to be honest I'm not fluent enough to give a competent answer.

    If you give us until next week, I'll check with @... and we can get you a better answer. Sorry it's a bit slow

    @...  thank you Rob!! Ideally the answers would be contained to the current version of wetrack as we have to demo and present that software to potential customers. Im aware of the roadmap and look forward to having a chat with leoni when she is back thank you

    adding to this,

    when adding a new event, what exactly is this form for and what is supposed to be in those fields only marked with N/A but still required via the star *

    Hey @... - back from PTO today :)

    they have spaces 1, 2 and 3 all in the same building. each has their own electricity meter. Space 1 and 3 host event AX and Space 2 hosts event XY

    What is the best way, if any, to insert the different spaces into wetrack? Only thing i had in mind was to create 2 different events, take the electricity meter of space 1 and 3 together and insert that into the sustainability module manually.

    How can we seperate this better and how can the electricity meter software automatically insert the input into wetrack without manual need? In my understanding such communication is being build right now, therefore which parameters are needed (is there a specific software only that this could work with or a specific kind of format etc.)

    Also, very importantly in general, in reports, there seems no way to filter by event anywhere.

    How can i insert event into the reports and for example make sure ALL indicators for event XY are shown together as a summary?

    Firstly, the ability to add locations/spaces into WeTrack is through the location manager; https://supportcenter.ungerboeck.com/hc/en-us/articles/20618567480343-Managing-your-Location-Settings-Across-WeTrack#wetrack

    Is the outcome they are trying to achieve to show the sustainable impact per event/per space?

    It sounds like this is along the lines of the Sustainability Event Profiler which I talked about in the product showcase a couple of weeks back - this is currently going to be added into our H1 2025 roadmap. Similarly to workflow within the risk profiler, the customer will be able to see the sustainability impact of their event so they can show this to their customers - a separate profiler could even be created for the different spaces if they need to produce the reporting that way.

    We are currently doing discovery on integrations between suppliers such as electricity readings etc, but this isnt in our H2 2024 roadmap - if the customer is willing to speak with us to discuss their supplier and how that is currently being reported on in regards to sustainability, I would love to connect with them as we absolutely want to reduce the need for manual input!

    There is further discovery needed on how their indicators relate to the events they're having on their premises and how thats shown in their indicators, this will more closely align with the building of the Event Profiler and integrations mentioned above. They can currently associate an indicator with an event within the system, and filter by it in the list view;

    And use it in the Power Bi feed to create their own dashboards;
