Description of the issue: We are unclear on which work order report pulls in item UDFs (delivery dates and times specifically)
What does the client want to do? Why do they want to do this? They want to be able to distribute WO to team members with all relevant order details.
What you've already tried or suggested. Why does this not work? We have worked on creating views, however with the amount of staff and part-time employees they are unable to have access to MT

Links to articles where you've looked for solutions and also other steps you've taken to research the issue. There isn't anything in the ESC configuration guide and we have tested several WO reports.

As far as I'm aware, no standard reports were updated to show item UDFs. Feel free to enter an enhancement request. Other option is have the reports customized. I don't recall off the top of my head if Mobile Work Orders shows them or not.
