Possible Bug - EMEA Booking Portals for the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland are showing the dates in US date format and not in the expected EMEA date format

Whatâs the problem?
- Describe the issue clearly and concisely
- The date format in the EMEA Booking Portals for the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland is showing in US date format rather than EMEA Date Format. There are no options to change this in System Admin; they are picking up the main systems' regional settings, but are not being transferred over correctly

Steps to reproduce the issue
- Log in to a booking portal
- go to the date picker to choose a date
- the dates are displayed in MM/dd/yyyy when the picker is closed

Expected behavior
- The dates should be in the EU date format of dd/MM/yyyy
