Internal Release Notes
These are in addition to the customer-facing release notes linked above.
- Internal App Requests Bypass Chili Piper: App requests initiated by Momentus employees are no longer routed to Chili Piper. The AppActivation state change proceeds as normal; only the Chili Piper redirect is suppressed for internal users, keeping internal requests out of the customer-facing scheduling queue.
- Support User: Instance Usage Panel and Allowance Editor: Momentus Support users viewing a customer's Workflow Builder Dashboard now see the same Instance Usage panel as the customer, along with an Instance Allowance Editor that allows the allowance to be adjusted from the same view. The editor is not visible to customers.
- Support User: Edit Instance Allowance: Momentus Support users can now edit a customer's Instance Allowance directly from the Workflow Builder Dashboard. The editor validates that the new value is at least 1 and not lower than the customer's current installed count; changes take effect immediately without a page reload.
- Faster Navigation Between Customer Tabs: Navigating between the Apps, Users, and Tenants tabs within a customer scope no longer triggers unnecessary API calls when the underlying data has not changed, resulting in more responsive page loads within the same customer.
- Super Admin and Global Roles Consistently Hidden in Edit User: The Super Admin role and other global roles are no longer selectable in the Edit User drawer, Add User dialog, or Roles dropdowns. Previously, selecting Super Admin caused an error; these roles are now consistently hidden across all entry points.
-
Customer Admin Self-Deactivation Safeguard: Customer Admins are now protected from accidentally locking their organization out of Momentus Connect. If a Customer Admin attempts to deactivate their own account or demote themselves out of the admin role, the system checks whether other admins exist first.
- If they are the only admin, a message prevents the action and prompts them to assign another admin before proceeding.
- If other admins exist, a confirmation step is required before the change takes effect, and the user is logged out after deactivating themselves.
- Correct Workflow App Instance Shown in Prismatic: When multiple Customer Apps share the same instance name in Prismatic, only the instances for the relevant app are now shown. Previously, all apps with a matching instance name appeared together regardless of their status or which app they belonged to.
- Tenants Tab and Apps Tab Refresh Correctly: The Tenants tab now reflects the correct app association state when you navigate back to it after adding apps to a tenant, ensuring the Unlink button is appropriately disabled for tenants that have active apps. Workflow apps published to the Marketplace also appear consistently in the Apps tab without requiring a browser refresh.
-
EventDraw Diagramming App Available in Marketplace (Beta only): The Diagramming app powered by EventDraw is now available to Enterprise customers in the Momentus Connect Marketplace. The app allows event managers to create 2D room layouts that integrate with Enterprise service orders, reducing manual data entry and supporting more accurate event setup.
- Available in AMER, EMEA, APAC, and CA regions in production and sandbox.
- Currently in limited availability; speak to your primary Momentus contact for more information.
Fixes
- Missing Confirmation Message for Internal App Requests: Internal users initiating an app request did not see the expected confirmation message after submitting. The correct message now displays as intended.
- Workflow Builder Documentation Page Loaded Wrong URL: The Workflow Builder documentation page was loading the compiled-in default URL from the application build instead of the runtime-configured URL. The page now loads the correct URL as specified in the runtime configuration.
- Error After Approving Connection in Workflow Builder: Approving a Webhook, OData, or Standard API connection in an embedded Workflow Builder app that already had two other connections produced an error. Connections can now be approved successfully in these configurations.
